If an accident occurs on holiday
It is important that if an accident happens whilst you are on holiday that you tell hotel staff and holiday representatives as soon as possible and seek medical treatment. An accident book should be filled in recording the events which have taken place. You should also try and keep a record of what has happened yourself. If the accident has happened abroad photographs of the scene and cause of the accident should be taken as these will prove very important when making a claim.
